Has little time for 'the psychedelic nirvana-principle attempt to incorporate death into life'. If he were to take heroin 'it wd. be the cold turkey [he] was after'. Interested in 'the sensate collision of people with existence'.

Trouble is it wasn't taken in 1964. That photo was taken in 1961. The white blur above the door leading down to the basement reads "TOP TEN" and it was a rock n roll club which I - stupidly - had let to a Greek. It only lasted 4 months.'
