- Description: This envelope informs us about the Palace of Justice , the administration of justice, and the law enforcing by the police Judicially the Federal Justice of Mendoza enjous the jurisdiction on the totality of te provinces of Mendoza, San Juan, and San Luis. But each of the provinces in Argentina based on the principle of autonomy given by the National Constitution establishes the administration and organisation of ordinary justice in each of the provinces. This justice in San Juan, as in the case of the rest of the provinces, enforces justice according to its Provincial Constitution. The Palace of Justice is the well-known building for its beauty and for being the place where the justice of San Juan is enforced. Regarding the other subject covered in this envelope is the parks and natural reserves in San Juan. The most famous is the named as Valley of the Moon. This is a provincial park nearby the National Par of Talampaya. San Guillernos is a bio-spherical reserve of sub-desert nature with the archaelogical sites of the original population. Other parks of ecological importance is Cerro Alcázar, Valle Fértil Extent and format of original material: This envelope has a number on its front. This means that this is the 11th envelope on San Juan. It contains postcards, photos, and newspapers' and magazines' clippings.
