Notes: A collection of texts compiled by Acehnese scholars sometime in the past, dealing with matters such as origins of the faith (usul al-din) , prayers, the Tradition of the Prophet (hadith), mysticism (tasawuf) and the tradition of the prophets and angels. A typographically reproduced work, covered with yellow boards with original leather cover gone. There are traces of repairs done on the cover. The text is overall in good condition and well readable. On the title page the name Abdulmuthalib can be found as the name of the owner of the book. In the left and right-hand margins the text ‘Risalah Israr al-din’ can be found. Text printed in Egypt at Da-ral Thaba’ah al-Masriyah. At the back there is a table of contents.
