Correspondence and photographs relating to two books published by Shearsman Books, Exeter: Not the Full Story: Six Interviews by Kelvin Corcoran (2008) and Selected Poems (2008).
- (1). Two signed Memoranda of Agreement, both dated 19 May 2008, between Shearsman Books Ltd and Lee Harwood, in respect of Not the Full Story and Selected Poems.
- (2). Correspondence between Harwood and Tony Frazer, and draft covers for Selected Poems and an alternative cover not used for Collected Poems (2004).
- (3). Letters and cards (2008) from Bobbie Cox concerning the use of images of her textiles for Harwood's covers, including examples of her work as printed 'postcards' and a folding exhibition brochure ('Indigo : A Blue to Dye For'), The Whitworth Gallery, University of Manchester.
- (4). Communication (card, 30 January 2008) from photographer Jemimah Kuhfeld, together with 5 photographic portraits of Harwood by Kuhfeld (taken in the poet's home in Hove). 3 colour images and 2 black and white images (each 180 x 130 mm). They do not include the image used by Shearsman for the two 2008 publications but appear to have been taken on the same occasion.
