Treatise on the mensuration of conic sections by Ibrāhīm ibn Sinān ibn Thābit ibn Qurrah (إبراهيم بن سنان بن ثابت بن قرّة, d. 946).
The text contains seven diagrams, which are collected on a fold out (f. 197r) at the end of the text.
