- Typescript drafts of the essay, heavily annotated by Swift in pencil
- A small amount of manuscript notes material.
- Printed email correspondence between Swift and Lena Khidritkaya at Random House regarding the publication of the piece by both Random House and The New York Times Book Review. There is also a brief email exchange included between Swift and Pamela Paul, Features Editor of the New York Times Book Review. Correspondence dates between 29 February and 29 May 2012.
