File contains 3 distinct enclosures concerning Swift's contribution of 2 articles and 1 interview to the Swiss, German-language newspaper Neue Zurcher Zeitung, or 'NZZ' (translated: 'New Zurich Newspaper'). Specifically, the file contains:
- 1 page from the newspaper dated 4 June 2011 featuring an interview given by Swift, with an attached postcard referring to the press cutting as an enclosure. The postcard is signed but the signature is unclear.
- 1 page from the newspaper dated 30 July 2011 featuring an article by Swift, with a note from Hatty Thorogood of Swift's agents A P Watt referring to the press cutting as an enclosure. A complete, 3-page final version of the article is also included, showing the article's title as 'All You Need is Rock'. The first page of the draft is annotated in pencil by Swift: 'Final - as sent'.
- Correspondence, press cuttings and draft material relating to an article written for the newspaper by Swift on author Charles Dickens. The sub-file contains 2 copies of the article (1 original, one photocopied) as published in the newspaper on 4 February 2012, along with a card from 'Angela' at the Neue Zurcher Zeitung dated 3 February 2012referring to the 2 enclosed copies of the article, and thanking Swift for his contribution. There is also a copy of a note from Swift addressed to the Dickens Museum, London, thanking them for an invitation to attend a wreathlaying ceremony at Westminster Abbey in commemoration of the bicentenary of the birth of Charles Dickens. The entry ticket to this event is also enclosed. There are also 3 complete successive drafts of the article - 1 manuscript draft and 2 typescript (13 pages in total) - showing Swift's annotations and amendations of the piece.
