- 2. ff. 12-55. String Quartet No. 5, Op. 99. Typed copy letter (28 May 1983) from Hans Keller to Arnell congratulating him on the London premiere (Purcell Room, 27 May). Two sets of manuscript parts (copyists' hands), both with pencil markings: Roth String Quartet (1984) and New London String Quartet (date not indicated).
- 3. ff. 56-107. Quintet ('The Gambian'), Op. 107. For treble recorder and string quartet. Autograph score, blue ink (outer bifolium and pp. 1-14), signed and dated at the end of the work: February 1966. Dedicated to Carl Dolmetsch. Also, printed score and parts, the score annotated at the foot of p. 1: 'O.K. 13.11.96'. The parts are marked in pencil (Landolfi Quartet, 8 December 1996).
