- Tetsu Igarashi, Senior Editor, The English Journal Editorial Department, Tokyo. Correspondence concerns an interview given by Swift to the journal in 2000.
- Yasushi Mano, translator of Waterland into Japanese. 1 letter dated 1999.
- Riyo Niimoto, interviewer. Fax from A P Watt literary agents dated 13 November 1997 regarding requested interview with Swift in London from the Japanese publishers Shinchoshba, for publication in their monthly magazine Shincho. Included with the letter is a photograph of Swift by Jayne Wexler to accompany the interview. File also contains a card from Riyo Niimoto thanking Swift for the interview.
