Full leather album, 270x370mm, containing mounted prints with letterpress captions and some tissue interleaving. Gold stamped cover includes the title and a coat of arms. The inside front cover has a label which reads: 'Presented to the India Office Library by Lady Reading, 27 August 1958'. A smaller label reads: 'R.L. Desai. Photo artist & process engraver, Lashkar, Gwalior'. The front free endpaper has the handwritten note: 'From M. Scindia 1922'.
