Black post-bound album, 267x310mm, containing uncaptioned prints mounted up to eight to a page. The front cover carries the manufacturers trademark: 'Photex. Loose leaf album'. There are just two handwritten notes in the album: 'Picnic at Naldena' describing a series of views and 'Leopold of the Belgium?' below a group portrait. The album contains views of the Viceregal Lodge at Simla, snapshot portraits of viceregal staff and retainers, Lady Reading in a rickshaw, a picnic at Naldena, visit of King Leopold of Belgium (?) to Simla and views of Belvedere in Calcutta, the official residence of the Governor-General of Bengal.
