Scope & Content:

Red quarter-leather post bound album (modern India Office Library rebinding, 11 October 1966), measuring 315x450mm. Prints are mounted one to a page with letterpress captions pasted beneath.

The album comprises a series of views on the line between Mandalay and Lashio, including the Gokteik Viaduct (prints 1-39) and a much smaller selection of views of the line between Rangoon and Prome (prints 40-48).
