Scope & Content:

Blue, half-leather album, measuring 317 x 427 mm, containing 42 uncaptioned mounted prints. The title is stamped in gold on the front cover. The album records scenes in the Burma Pavilion at the British Empire Exhibition held at Wembley, London, in 1924. The views depict Burmese buildings recreated for the event, groups of Burmese performers including dancers and musicians and examples of Burmese arts, crafts and industries.
