Blue leather post-bound album (spine weak), titled as above in gold on front cover and measuring 312x415mm. Prints mounted one to a page with captions and photographer's logo printed in gold beneath each photograph. Hand-written dedication on inside front cover reads: ' With best wishes and remembrance to H.E. Sir Maurice & Lady Hallett. From their friend Kameshwara Singh. Darbhanga 1939'. The album documents the arrival of Sir Maurice Hallett (prints 1-5), a fancy dress ball at the palace (prints 7-12), a tour of the Raj's stables (prints 13-16), visit to the Raj Sanskrit Vidyalaya and unveiling of statue (prints 17-22), inspection of the Goshala, boy scouts prize giving (prints 23-26), garden party (prints 27-31), dinner party at the Raja Bahadur's palace (prints 32-36), banquet at Anandbagh (prints 38-42), polo match (prints 43-54).
