Photograph album with white textured covers, measuring 270x360mm, containing prints loosely mounted one to a page on corner hinges. The album is uncaptioned apart from the first page, which contains the title (as above), photographer's name and a small passport-sized portrait of L. Ramanuy Dayal, Chairman of the Municipal Board, Ghaziabad and Vice-Chairman of the War Committee.
The album records the arrival of Sir Maurice and Lady Hallett, introductions to prominent citizens, a photograph of a tray of jewellery (presumably collected for the war effort), and speeches being delivered to a large audience in an open-sided marquee or shamiana.
