Black lacquer-work album, 150x200mm, with a decorative Japanese design inlaid with mother-of-pearl. The album contains prints mounted with corner mounts and each print has a typed caption. The inside front cover has a caption which reads: 'The havocs caused due to flood in the River Barna' and below this is the handwritten note, 'S.S. Sharma, Executive Engineer, PWD, Benares'. The collection records the damage caused by floods on the Barna River, Benares District. Many of the views are duplicated in Photo 117/12.
