Miscellaneous collection of loose prints belonging to Sir Henry Yule, the majority uncaptioned. The collection comprises portraits (mainly of officers of the Bengal Engineers, but also a number of unidentified sitters, probably family) and a smaller quantity of topographical views. Some of the amateur quality portraits may be Yule's own work.
Sir Henry Yule (1820-1889), Bengal Engineers 1840-62; Member of the Council of India 1875-89; scholar and author on Indian and Central Asian history and geography.
