Views of Burma. Photographer(s): Norie, E.W.
- Scope & Content:
-
Prints individually mounted on loose sheets of paper with captions and photographer credits written beneath. In several cases the gum or glue used to mount to the prints has caused staining and fading on the image side. The mounts also have cropping instructions next to the prints and the series appears to be the original illustrations used in a published book. This work has not so far been traced, if indeed it was ever published. A possible clue to the author lies in the note on the back of print 26, which is signed 'E.H.P.'
