Green, post-bound album, 265x385mm, containing mounted prints with handwritten captions. The album contains views taken at the time of the Chitral Campaign of 1895 including regimental groups and views of European guests at the 1894 installation of the Maharaja of Gwalior. In style and subject matter the Chitral Campaign views are very similar to those by Develin published in his Views in Chitral: taken during the Advance of the 3rd Brigade of the Chitral Relief Force... London c.1896.
