Black full-leather album, 265 x 375 mm, containing prints interleaved with captioned pages. Each corner of the front cover has a metal crest representing Burdwan State and the King. The front free endpaper carries the following handwritten dedication: 'A memento for the Burdwan Visit. Presented to the Earl of Ronaldshay, GCIE, with the warmest regards of Bijay Chand Mahtab, Maharajadhiraja Bahadur of Burdwan. The Palace, Burdwan, Bengal, India, Jan 8. 1918'. The prints are tinted photogravures (?) representing architectural and topographical views. The photograper's label is inside the back cover.
