Green cloth-covered photograph album measuring 230mm x 293mm, containing 85 views of Istanbul and Athens, each measuring approximately 80mm x 105mm, with handwritten captions beneath each image. Prints 1-41 show views of Istanbul and surroundings, principally architecture and street scenes; prints 42-49 show scenes at Broussa; prints 50-85 are mainly views of Athens. An adhesive label on the front cover reads C. P. Skrine 1909-10. Constantinople Athens. The title above is inscribed in Skrine's hand on the inside front cover. The photographs were presumably taken by Skrine himself and are captioned in his hand.
