Scope & Content:

Half-leather and red cloth album measuring 245mm x 300mm, stamped Persia in gilt on lower right of front cover, containing 141 photographs of Iran, taken during Skrine's service as Vice-Consul at Kerman. The album includes views in and around the Consulate, photographs taken during a trip from Kerman to Sistan via Bam in February-March 1918, and records the departure of the Consul, Major David Lorimer in October 1917.
