Scope & Content:

Red half-leather bound album measuring 380x555mm, with title as above stamped in gold on front cover with Chamba coat of arms. Prints are mounted one to a page, with neatly handwritten captions beneath. The album records the Viceroy Lord Curzon's visit to Chamba of 18-27 September 1900, and includes views and groups taken during the visit as well as general architectural and topographical views of Chamba town and surrounding areas.
