Miscellaneous collection of loose prints, generally in good condition, the majority captioned and dated on the reverse. The material ranges from amateur snapshots (prints 1-10) to larger prints of generally higher quality. The majority of the views show buildings (managers' bungalows, tea factories, etc) on estates in Assam. These prints were originally stored in an envelope addressed to L. J. Carmichael, Messrs Walter Duncan & Co., inserted at the back of Photo 451/2.
