Black cloth covered post-bound album, 137x364mm, containing mounted prints, the majority with handwritten captions. Pages are interleaved with tissue and the title is on a label pasted on the front cover. A note on the front free endpaper reads: 'Rovers Moot & Scouters Conference 1940. 500 in Camp - Representative Groups'. A copy of The Guildsman, No 74 Spring 1970, is pasted inside the back cover and contains an article by T. W. Barnard about the camp with reproductions of three photographs from this album. The photographs are mainly group portraits of boys and Scout Leaders with guests including the Mayor of Madras and Lady Baden-Powell.
