Mock crocodile skin album measuring 200x285mm, containing uncaptioned prints inserted in corner hinges. Titlepage printed in gold reads: '24th February 1945. This souvenir of the monuments of Karnatak architecture is presented by the members of the Karnataka Sangha to Principal A. C. Farran, I.E.S. in grateful appreciation of his service to the Karnatak College, Dharwar, and through it to the Karnatak.' A rough hand-painted map of the area with sketches of the principal monuments identifies the locations of the sites included in the album. The prints show views at Dharwar, Bijapur, Hampi, Badami, Sravana Belgola, Halebid and the Gersoppa Falls.
