Scope & Content:

Red full-leather album, 293x370mm, containing mounted prints with handwritten captions. The title is stamped in gold on the front cover and on the front fixed endpaper the bookplate of the Earl of Jersey has been removed. The photographs include architectural views at Calcutta, Varanasi, Sarnath, Lucknow and Delhi.
