Blue half-leather album, measuring 315 x 425 mm, containing mounted prints with handwritten captions. The album and prints are in poor condition. A note inside the front cover reads: 'The property of the late Colonel J. Lloyd T. Jones, IMS, presented by his Brother (Sir Robert Armstrong-Jones) through the kindness of Major-General Sir Leonard Rogers, IMS, FRS'. The photographs include both commercially produced views and snapshots: groups and ward scenes at Poona Plague Hospital; the Poona Hunt; views in Aden; the Khan of Khelat; Quetta views; officers of the 7th Bombay Lancers; wedding groups; views in Agra and Lucknow and various reproductions of paintings.
