Collection of miscellaneous loose prints, both mounted and unmounted, captioned and uncaptioned, spanning the period of Sir Frederick Sykes appointment as Governor of Bombay 1928-33. The majority of photographs show him carrying out official duties. There are also a series of prints by Major Henry James Rice depicting rural India and the Poona and Kirkee Hunt.
