F. W. W. Hall Collection: 'A collection of types - trades - transport and scenes etc.' Photographer(s): Hall, F.W.W.
- Scope & Content:
-
Maroon mock-crocodile post-bound album (front cover loose), measuring 268 x 350 mm and containing prints loosely mounted on corner hinges, with captions written in white ink on the album leaves, from the collection F. W. W. Hall. The photographs were probably taken by at least two different photographers. The more amateur work is assumed to be the work of Hall himself, while the series of more assured studies of Indian types was probably taken by a professional.
