Green cloth bound album measuring 417x543mm, with title as above and photographer's name stamped in gold on front cover, from the collection of Sir James Sifton. Prints are mounted on the recto of each leaf, with brief captions written in white pencil.
Sir James David Sifton (1878-1952), entered the Indian Civil Service in 1902. He served as Governor of Bihar and Orissa 1932-36 and Governor of Bihar 1936-37.
