Archaeological Survey of India Collections: Frontier Circle, 1915-16. Photographer(s): Archaeological Survey of India
- Scope & Content:
-
Maroon post-bound album, 392 x 392 mm, containing prints mounted on pages encapsulated in polyester sleeves. The photographs were taken by the Archaeological Survey, Frontier Circle, in the year 1915-16 and listed in its Annual Report (the report is not bound with the album). The sequential numbering appears to have been abandoned in this year and therefore the letter a has been added to distinguish prints from the earlier photographs with the same number. A small series of photographs from Quetta are identified by the letter B (Baluchistan).
