Scope & Content:

Brown half-leather bound volume measuring 277x360mm, containing prints mounted on card. The photographs are preceded by a copy of Rea's printed reports of the survey's activities for the periods 1892-93 and 1893-94, and these contain lists of captions for the prints.

The volume contains architectural and archaeological views at Kumbakonam, Arugolu, Mulur, Bhattiprolu, Pulicat, Sadras, Tuticorin, Srimushnam, Nagappattinam, Nagore, Chidambaram. Most of the prints are duplicated in Photo 1002.
