Scope & Content:

Maroon half-leather bound volume measuring 315x382mm, containing mounted prints of various sizes. Many of the prints show signs of yellowing and fading. The photographs are preceded by a copy of A.H. Longhurst's printed report of the survey's acitivities for 1918-19, which contain a list of captions for the prints.

The prints in the volume are grouped by architectural style, with a different suffix to indicate Jain, Hindu, Islamic, etc., styles. The prints in this volume are numbered as follows: 524A (primitive stone monumentsand antiquities), 106C-107C (Jain art and architecture), 1268D-1338D (Hindu art and architecture), 54E-55E (Islamic art and architecture), 195G-198G (Historical forts and European monuments).
