A compilation of articles contributed to the Bombay Natural History Society by Lieutenant-Colonel Richard Watkins Burton, compiled and sorted by his great-grandson, R W Toovey.
The compilation includes articles, book reviews, obituaries, notes and notices all written by Burton and submitted to the Bombay Natural History Society for publication in their journals between 1931 and 1961.
Also included are articles written by Burton for the Indian State Railways Magazines, and articles written by his brothers Reginald G Burton and Arthur R Burton for the Journal of the Bombay Natural History Society.
