Copies of the following: 1. Letter concerning a proposal that he should resume editorship of the 'Edinburgh Annual Register', 23 Dec. 1814; 2. Sixty-one letters to Mrs Anna Eliza Bray, 26 Feb. 1831 - 11 Mar. 1839. Enclosed in one of the letters are transcriptions of by Southey's daughters of 'Robert the4 Rhymer's Account of Himself'. Only twenty-two of these letters have been published (with some omissions) in J.W. Warter, Selections from the letters of Robert Southey, 1856. See Sotheby's sale-cat. 10 Feb. 1964, lots 232, 234.
