Guide to medical diagnosis and treatment by the physician and philosopher Abū Bakr Muḥammad ibn Zakarīyā al-Rāzī (أبو بكر محمد بن زكريا الرأزي; d. ca 925). The text is divided into 150 chapters (أبواب) each describing an ailment and methods for treating it. The chapters are arranged by affected part from head to foot, followed by discussions of unlocalised diseases. A table of contents is found on ff. 1v-4v.
The text is followed by a short extract from the Book of Properties (كتاب الخواصّ), presumably al-Rāzī's own book by that name (f. 107r, lines 15-18; see Sezgin, Geschichte des arabischen Schrifttums, vol. 3 [Leiden: Brill, 1970], pp 285-86).

الكتاب النافع لتقسيم العلل وتشريحها وعلاماتها
ومعرفة الأوجاع وعلاماتها صنف صنف منها وهو
الكناش الحاوي لما يحتاج الطبيب والمتطببون
ومن لا يحضره فليس له خبرة في معرفة الأمراض والعلاج
والأدوية تأليف أبي بكر محمد بن زكريا الرازي
وهو مائة وخمسون بابًا والله الموفق لما يراد من ترجمته
