Cham manuscript bound by threads, front covered in cloth, inside covered in faux leather, written in oil pen on cement paper, Akhar Thrah script. The condition of the manuscript is good. The manuscript has lines drawn in pencil. The manuscript has 7 blank pages (pages 1,301,302,303,304,306). Page 305 is written differently from the rest of the manuscript. The manuscript has some pages using Akhar Bani. Some pages are stuck, and some damage has repair attempts. The topics of the manuscript are calendars, astrology, fortune, religion, ceremonies, rituals. Contents: Cham calendar, fortune, procession of months/days, astrological divination for building houses (based on the Dragon's Head), auspicious hours of Cham people, taboo days, lucky days, unlucky years, chanting and the method to build house, amulets letters for building house, astrology, fortune for patients, fortune for birth year, fortune for days in terms of gaining wealth, future predictions, divination for misfortunes, amulets letter of Gods, travel instructions, the recitation of Mahammat and Uwluah, dispelling ghosts, worshipping termitaries, burying placenta, shamanic rites, mantras and chants of the shaman, expelling demons, proper building of doors, purification rituals, auspicious dates for marriage, fortune in hour, purification rituals after being afflicted in the water god.
This manuscript was given to Mr. Thanh Nha (father of Mr. Phong) by Mr. Thanh Van Phong's grandmother in the 1960s. After the death of Mr. Thanh Nha (in 2000), the manuscript was saved by Mr. Thanh Van Phong. Author is unknown.
