The manuscript is drawn across in pencil and pen. The manuscript is water-damaged, yellowed, with blurred letters. Some pages are torn from the spine. The manuscript has 2 blank pages (pages 2, 36). This manuscript was given to danaok by an unknown man living in Phuoc Nhon Village. Mr. Thanh Nghiem is the supervisor of danaok (called Tam nei), which is how he came to possess this manuscript. Author is unknown.
