Inscribed in Persian characters: ‘Wakil Ram La‘l Khatri. Munshi Kishan Das Khatri. Shabih i Mirza A‘zam Beg jagirdar i Hansi umrash yak sad hasht sal ast wa-nihayat bahadur budand dar jawani’ (Picture of Mirza A‘zam Beg Jagirdar of Hansi. His age is 108 years and in his youth he was a great champion). ‘Shaikh Pir Bakhsh khidmatgar’; in English: ‘Dyem Lal Vukeel, Kissunlal Moonshee. Syud Meerza Azim Beg of Hansi aged 107 years. Peer Bux Khit.’
