Kali, black, her black hair loose down her back, her red tongue protruding, wearing a skirt of human hands and a necklace of heads, her earrings of human figures, four armed (head, sword, gesture, reassurance), standing on a prostrate, naked and ithyphallic Siva, a snake around his body, and wearing a garland of skulls, his head resting on his left arm his right by his side. Both are haloed. This is possibly an image as constructed for the Kalipuja festival.
Inscribed below in Persian: ‘kalaka.’
