The Jagannatha trio in the setting of the Puri temple.

A version of Add.Or.3664-5, but with the temple surrounded by a wandering boundary wall and with the inclusion of numerous summarily indicated details. In the central shrine, Balabhadra and Jagannatha as in Add.Or.3841. Below them a second trio, the posts being replaced by cushion-like stumps. Elsewhere within the boundary wall, lingams, lamps, a boat with lingam-like edifice, priests and tiny black-skinned devotees. Outside the boundary wall in four corners, the gods riding out to meet Manika, worshippers at a shrine, the bathing tank denoted by a fish and the Candana Jatra suggested by a boat on water.
