View looking down onto the Tsangpo Valley: 'This view was taken from the lofty spot from which the previous illustrations of the Yam-dok-tso [prints 33-34] were photographed. From this position the Yam-dok-tso is seen on one side, and on the other, but at a much lower level, the far-famed Tsang-Po River.' Another copy (printed in platinum) at Photo 430/53 (37).
