Green quarter leather and buckram album, measuring 247 x 295 x 20 mm. The album was originally catalogued as Talbot Album No.6, with this number written by Talbot in the top left corner of the inside cover. It consists of 39 prints made in 1840 and shows early examples of photographs made from calotype negatives. Subject matter includes; views of Lacock Abbey, sculpture and still life.
