Small leather bound burgundy album with embossed scroll pattern on cover. It is inscribed on the inside end paper with 'Matilda/ the gift of her affectionate Papa/ 25th Febry 1851'. The album contains 20 small calotypes, several of which have captions in the bottom left corner. One page has been titled 'C. and H./ June 1846' however the accompanying photograph is missing.
