- Description: The protocol contains, among other edicts, acknowledgments of debt, home sales, cancellation of deeds, power to rent and a warehouse sale. Also the book has an index of contracts registered on it, which starts at edict 74 and ends in edict 116. worth noting that many of the file that appear in the document record debts contracted by the Pinillos College. Physical condition of original material: Hard cardboard cover coated in red leatherette. Contains 156 sheets and 42 Notary edicts. 85% of the book is in good condition and its remaining 15% is impossible to digitize given its state of disrepair. The records are signed by Ramon M. Troncoso. Physical extent of original material: 1 volume, manuscript.
