- Description: The protocol contains the record of notarial edicts in Mompos for the year 1863. Other proceedings include cancellation of deeds, special powers, sales groups, the partnership of Pedro Garcia and Santiago Álvarez Under the business name of Blanco and Alvarez, protests, deeds and wills. some relevant names in the protocol are Ramon Nieto, Pedro Blanco García, Santiago Alvarez, Juan Glen Captain of the steam Isabel, Juan River military chief, Cristian Andrés Maal. Are highlighted in this protocol two protests of vessels arriving at the port of Mompox, the fire a vessel suffered while in port and the other for not doing all products reference it was carrying (Vapor Isabel, supplies box and weapons). Physical condition of original material: Hard cover in gray cardboard, reinforced with tape that serves as the back of the book. It has 156 sheets with 48 notary edicts registered. 97% of the book content is in good condition and the edicts are signed by Ramon Nieto, public notary.
