- Description: The protocol contains, among other documents, contracts of sale, proxies, cancellation of deeds, wills, protests, probate court reportings, transfers, Divisions and adjudication of property belonging to a deceased, disassociation of mercantile houses, redemption Census and associations. some relevant names in the book are Ramon Nieto, Salome Lopez, Luis de Paz, José Manuel, Oscar Adolfo Trespalacios, Luis Cipriano German Ribon, German Ribon Juan Carlos Jiménez, José María and Lorenzo Amador. Physical condition of original material: Hard cardboard covers in red and green color. It has 88 sheets with 28 notary edicts registered. 98% of the book content is in good condition and edicts are signed by Ramon Nieto. The protocol has an index of all the processes carried out during the year and shows the number of edicts and folio where is located each of the processes.
