- Description: The protocol contains, among other records, mortgage repayments, purchases and sales,successions, contracts, wills and grantings of special powers. It deserves to be pointed the registration of the contract celebrated between Nicholas and Leonardo de Bona and jesus Antonio Posada for the development of a gold mine called "The Rosary" at Norosi, in the district of Morales, we also found a partnership of trade represented by Juvenal Nobles and the General Mariano Amaris. The protocol recorded processes in the town of Margarita; the departments of Magdalena and Valledupar. Physical condition of original material: Hard cardboard covers in dark brown. It has 259 sheets with 42 notary edicts registered. 93% of the book content is in good condition. The edicts are signed by German A. Jimenez (notary). The protocol has an index in the final pages of the book, which generally reveal the processes contained in the current year. Physical extent of original material: 1 volume, manuscript.
