- Description: The protocol contains, among other records notarial records, sale of chivalry land, houses, mortgage cancellation, inheritance of land and property come, relationship type instruments parish and municipal court and processes performed by the neighbors districts of Margarita, and the township of Buena Vista, in the District of Santa Ana in the department of Magdalena. It should be noted that the books contains previous years. The names of Juan B. Trespalacios, José Daniel, Campo Elias Rojas, Luis Felipe Ribon and Ribon Candelaria Amaris de Ribon stand. Physical condition of original material: Hard cardboard cover in brown color. It has 251 sheets with 45 notary edicts registered. 90% of the book content is in good condition. The edicts are signed by Juan Trespalacios (Notary). This book has an index at the end. Some folios are presented with labels that refer to the Republic of Colombia, the Department of Bolívar, the notary of Magangue circuit, and folios with stamps of the parish of Santa Cruz de Mompox and the church of Santa Barbara.
